Roctober Youth Retreat

Roctober Registration is Open

To the Churches of the North Texas Presbytery,
 
Registration for Roctober IX, the annual, Presbytery-wide, youth retreat is now live! Here is all the information you need
 
Roctober IX

• Location: Camp Copass (8200 E McKinney St, Denton, TX 76208) You can find their website here. 

• Date: Friday, October 18th to Saturday, October 19th (Note: we are staying overnight on Friday and ending the retreat Saturday night)

• Speaker: Andy Wood. Andy is the Associate Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth, a part of the North Texas Presbytery. 

• Cost: $90 (includes lodging overnight, three meals on Saturday, and a T-shirt)

• Student Registration

• Chaperone Registration

Please note, if you would like to receive a T-shirt, you must be registered by Friday 10/4. All registrations are due by 11:59PM on Friday 10/11. 
 
As you start to think about this retreat, please keep in mind that all leaders and chaperones must be compliant with our child safety standards in order to serve at the retreat. We require that each chaperone and leader to have a clean background check as well as a certificate for completing a child sexual abuse training (such as Ministry Safe, Darkness to Light, etc.) within the past 3 years and to upload them at the time of registration. These are the same requirements for RYM conferences.
